When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree not to disclose your password to any third party and to take sole responsibility for any activities or actions under your account.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service:

Content and Intellectual Property

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to grant the rights granted herein.

Payment Terms

Some aspects of our Service may be provided for a fee. You agree to pay all fees associated with your use of such paid services. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. Any price changes will be communicated to you in advance and will not affect any services already paid for.

If you fail to pay any fees when due, we may suspend or terminate your access to the paid services.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of our Service, but we do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times. The Service may be subject to planned or unplanned downtime.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless LocalVerse and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees).

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or contact us to request account deletion.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which LocalVerse operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

Changes to Terms
